Mainsoft invites Sales Development Representative to work remotely as a part of our Business Development Department.

About us:

Mainsoft has existed since 2010 and is an HTP resident. Mainsoft works with clients around the world, providing full-cycle services for the development and implementation of web and mobile applications to order for banks and companies in the field of FinTech, EdTech, HRTech, etc.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via email, video and presentations
  • Fluent English skills (B2+)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
  • Solid understanding of sales processes in IT
  • Desire to advance your sales skills and learn new sales tactics

Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Qualify sales leads and handle lead development pipeline
  • Communicate with prospects and clients via LinkedIn/email
  • Present the company and its solutions and provide the most complete information to our potential clients
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to generate interest
  • Update the CRM regularly with all sales activities and account information
