Business Assistant (notion software knowledge)

We are looking for a professional with a good English (C1 at least) to work remotely from home. NOTION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST! The ideal candidate will have couple years of experience in Business assistant role. This is a role for someone who is not afraid to make decisions and want to be a part of the business to help archive the goals.

Business Assistant (notion software knowledge)

Main responsibilities:

● Maintain and update calendars in fast-paced environment with many competing priorities including fielding all incoming scheduling requests, prioritizing meetings, communicating with all stakeholders, and ensuring that meetings are set up for success.
● Ensure executives are apprised timely of all important meetings and deadlines.
● Perform post-conference follow-up task/lead entry as directed.
● Be proactive and perform other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by executive.
● Project management on various business parts.
● Perform various internet-based and business prospect research projects in an on-going basis.
● Research best practices around how to handle industry based complex situations and provide guidance on the best resolutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

● Experience in EA, business assistant, business development or managing position for at least 2 years
● Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc);
● Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities;
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
● Exceptional time-management skills;
● Fast learner, who is willing to expand their knowledge and want to try new things;
● Willing to work EST time Monday to Friday.
