Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive lead generation plans to attract and engage potential clients in the software development sphere.

  • Manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilizing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and industry-specific forums or websites.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies and tactics.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, preferably within the software development or IT sectors.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, SEO/SEM, and CRM software.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategies.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with prospects, clients, and team members.

  • English level B2+
