Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive lead generation plans to attract and engage potential clients in the software development sphere.

Manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilizing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and industry-specific forums or websites.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies and tactics.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in lead generation.
Requirements:

Proven track record of success in lead generation, preferably within the software development or IT sectors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, SEO/SEM, and CRM software.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategies.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with prospects, clients, and team members.
