Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our online courses. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing timely and helpful responses via email.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email regarding course content, enrollment, technical issues, and general queries.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers to enhance their learning experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical support team to resolve any customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to address customer feedback and improve course offerings.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  
  Requirements:
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in Qigong and Yoga is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
