We are seeking a dynamic Global Sales Manager, particularly adept at cold calling and generating new leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and exceeding targets in a global context.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate global financial markets, targeting key regions and segments.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to the sales team on effective cold calling techniques, sales processes, and product knowledge.

• Very good communication skills in ENGLISH LANGUAGE! (B2+)
• Financial Industry Knowledge will be a plus
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is advantegous, but not mandatory.
• Strategic Thinking and Communication skills

• Competitive salary fixed 600 USD + Commission % (minimum 500 USD commission for each acquired client)
