Liferay Developer

FIN.by is IT Outsourcing company that provides unique solutions in reporting automation using Power BI and DWH, web-application development using Java, .NET, JS, Salesforce, develops RPA bots on the WorkFusion platform using AI / ML to perform various operations, e.g.: processing large data sets, interactions between digital systems etc. The company is an HTP resident with head office in Minsk.

We are looking for motivated Liferay Developers from Junior to Senior level, QA Specialists to contribute to our Liferay development projects in the Middle East Region.

You will be working closely with international team members for making effective solution for global international company.

What will you do:

• develop, and implement Liferay solutions using best practices and coding standards;
• contribute to the overall Liferay development strategy;
• interact with team and clients to understand requirements and provide updates;
• conduct unit and integration testing;
• troubleshoot and debug Liferay related issues;
• develop and maintain API connections to integrate Liferay Portal with external systems;
• participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback;
• stay up-to-date on the latest Liferay features, trends, and best practices.

What we expect:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• 2+ years of experience working with Liferay platform;

• English level - from Intermediate (B1) and higher;

• strong Java programming skills;
• experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
• experience with version control systems (Git);
• solid understanding of Liferay architecture and APIs;
• experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit);
• excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
