Team leader of lead generators

Your role as a Team leader of lead generators is important for our team. We're looking for a talented specialist who can guide our lead generation team and ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for our business. We rely on your experience, skills, professionalism, and desire to lead the team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting search and attracting potential clients through various lead generation channels that align with our ICP;
• Analyze the market and competitors, identify new channels for lead acquisition;
• Lead and coordinate a team of specialists in lead generation;
• Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of the lead generation department;
• Plan, organize, and control the execution of KPIs;
• Analyze results and optimize lead generation processes for improved efficiency;
• Completing our CRM and spreadsheets;
• Collaborate with Sales department to ensure effective communication and achievement of common goals

Required Skills:

• At least 1 years of experience in cold outreach;
• In-depth knowledge of lead generation tools and methods;
• Analytical skills and ability to work with data for strategic decision-making;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• High self-motivation and ability to motivate team members;
• English proficiency at level B2+;

• Experience in leading a team or experience in mentoring
