Our Expectations:

  • Experience in the role of Program Manager or Delivery Manager for 3 years or more in FinTech&Banking;
  • Possess deep structural knowledge of engineering best practices and be able to apply them in practice. Be able to take a deep dive into problem areas including architecture, code, and provide delivery support to solve these problems;
  • Experience in managing large projects (more than 3 teams, duration of more than 6 months). Ability to set a process and organize team work;
  • Ability to make managerial decisions, take responsibility, see potential opportunities and be willing to take moderate entrepreneurial risk;
  • Striving to deliver high quality solutions and provide excellent customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Team player with a collaborative mindset;
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate and higher.

What to do:

  • Analyze, design, and deliver a technical solution to the customers;
  • Manage quality level and stability of deliveries, build Delivery process solutions for customers;
  • Plan and schedule the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines. Follow the project delivery process based on actual needs;
  • Identify and manage risks associated with project execution, including the development of contingency plans to mitigate potential problems;
  • Manage team performance using metrics, coordinate and ensure collaboration within the team and between required teams to develop the customer's project;
  • Communicate with stakeholders including team members, customers and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is kept informed of progress. Manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process;
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost management and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and meets financial targets.
