Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Company Location: Estonia

Full-time, Fully remote

We are a start-up company specializing in custom development services, utilizing outsource and outstaff models to cater to clients in the US, EU, UK, and Australian markets.

Our team works remotely from different countries of the world.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team. This role is not just about filling a position; it's about forging a long-term partnership in the development and growth of our business and in some ways it also intersects with the role of the CEO. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the company, both internally and externally, championing our brand and driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Definition: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

2. Market Research, Networking, and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends. Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the industry. Generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to Upwork, Glassdoor, LinkedIn.

3. Outbound Marketing: Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

4. Arranging and Maintaining Sales Processes: Establish and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Negotiations & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and close deals to meet sales targets.

6. Account Management: Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

7. Communication with Heads of Other Departments: Collaborate with heads of other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Immediate Main Tasks:

1. Ensure a Continuous Flow of Customers: Develop and execute strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of customers for the company.

2. Set Up Sales Tools and Funnels: Implement and optimize the necessary tools and sales funnels to streamline the sales process and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar leadership position within the technology or software development industry.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (English language С1, C2 or Native. Russian language is required, all internal communication within our team is in Russian).

4. Presentable appearance.

5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
