Presale Engineer / Technical Sales Manager

What to work with:

• Collaborate with sales team to explore and assess customer requirements;
• Development of specifications, technical and commercial proposals, contribute to proposals for customers, supplying technical details of proposed solutions;
• Development of system and hardware requirements for the pilot and production projects and coordination with the customer;
• Researching customer's infrastructure and software ecosystem (OSS, BSS, Billing, CRM, physical security) and development/agreement of required integration processes;
• Tailor client specific software presentations that precisely meets the needs of the client;
• Monitor and analyze main market trends, understand main pros and cons of the product/solution, as well as leading counterparts, to convince the customer in the solution;
• Preparation of pilot projects with the company’s clients and partners;
• Participate in response preparation for RFI’s and RFP’s by completing the business analysis and technical components; including generating complete responses to RFI and RFP with the assistance as required of professional service resources;
• Drive and deliver software demonstration in lead generation events including seminars, industry conferences and exhibitions;
• Communicate new and emerging product requirements to Product Owner;
• Develop and deliver training to Partner’s Sales and Technical teams;
• Dissemination of solutions and updates within the company, to customers and partners.

We value:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Fluent English - Advanced (C1) or higher;
• Higher technical education;
• Experience in pre-sales of telecom and complex system integration projects (VMS, Video Analytics, Access Control, IT infrastructure, PSIM etc.);
• Knowing leading VMS and VSaaS vendors; understanding basic principles of VSaaS and it’s different types as well as pros and cons of each type; VMS systems and it’s main functions;
• Understanding video surveillance systems components and main subsystems: cameras, encoding, storage, networking, analytics, management, monitoring etc.; Basics of AI analytics: where analytics are performed, different video analytics types, detection/classification etc.;
• Excellent customer-facing presentation skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Confidence in executive-level meetings.
