Major Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant jobs on UpWork according to the Ideal Customer Profile

• Apply for relevant UpWork jobs

• Write cover letters

• Pass generated leads to Sales managers

• Input all customer information into the CRM (HubSpot) and update it as new information becomes available

• Prepare reports on your activities & results, analyze data, and propose options for improvement.

• Fluency in English (B2)

• Upwork Proficiency

• 1 year of experience in a SDR/BDR/LeadGen role

• Stellar verbal and written communication skills

• Hungriness for success and always ready to learn
