We are looking for an IT Recruiter.


QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Experience in recruitment at least 2 years;
  2. IT recruiting will be considered as an advantage;
  3. Global recruiting will be considered as an advantage;
  4. Experience in executive search and headhunting;
  5. Experience in staff records management;

  6. Excellent PC skills;

  7. Proper business etiquette manners;

  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative team environment;

  9. Fluent English.

DUTIES AND RIGHTS

  1. Provide full life-cycle recruiting for CLARITY;
  2. Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers;
  3. Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve candidates experience through keeping the shortlisted candidates informed and engaged during and after the application process;
  4. Review local IT market benchmark and recruitment offerings in order to compete with other IT companies;
  5. Maintain and regularly update recruitment statistics, perform recruitment-related analysis and prepare reports upon necessity;
  6. Ensure job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate;
  7. Drive positive employers branding using a social network – Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
  8. Conducts research on request and maintain a general awareness of IT industry trends;
  9. Ensure job posting (i.e. job boards, universities, social networks, etc.)
  10. Seek opportunities for CLARITY to be present in job fairs;
  11. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with universities for the purpose of recruiting students and graduates;
  12. Encourage and manage referral program;
  13. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools;
  14. Manage onboarding process.
