UX Writer/UX Редактор

Here, at Mindtech, our UX Research and Content team is at the heart of our content part. We are looking for a goal-oriented Middle/Senior UX Writer who will help us with the texts of interfaces, instructions, notifications and notifications.

Responsibilities:

• write and review texts for internal and external products of the company: websites, mobile applications, landing pages, chatbots;
• think through not only the wording, but also the logic of scenarios and processes;
• work on guides and standards together with colleagues;
• monitor the uniformity of design and consistency of UX content;
• to form and complement redpolitik and ToV;
• create and supplement guides and templates based on interface texts;
• compare and analyze UX texts in other applications;
• write notifications: SMS, email, push; to seek and promote user experience improvements;
• protect the interests of users and simultaneously comply with business requirements.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in UX writing;
• experience working with Confluence, Jira, Slack;
• experience working with internal documentation and knowledge bases for IT products;
• high communication skills, the ability to work with a large amount of information;
• analytical skills, the ability to delve into new subject areas.
