For an international iGaming holding we are looking for several Support Heroes with knowledge of foreign languages

Responsibilities:
● Coordinate the work of the team (8-12)
● Develop and motivate your team;
● Help colleagues solve issues;
● Immerse yourself in the processes, questions and concerns of the customer. To be successful, you need to become an expert in the product;

Requirements:
● Fluency in English, English+German, or English+French!
● Experience as a Team lead is a must;
● Ability to work with information, search, remember and understand how to apply in work;
● Confident PC user (experience with CRM systems is a plus);
● Desire to learn, develop in the field of sales, focus on results;
● The ability to analyze and understand promptly information, the company’s goals, the specifics of the field;
