Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders from various e-commerce platforms, fix emerging discrepancies;
- Working with customer requests in Zendesk and order processing;
- Analyzing and monitoring the level of customer support;
- Developing measures to improve customer service;

Preparation and analysis of monthly reports (based on work results, user requests).
Requirements:
- Experience of working in Zendesk;
- Excellent written English (not lower than B2);
- Proficient communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and complete multiple tasks;
- Experience of working in an international environment is highly desirable.
