DEVXED is a product company that has been on the market for 8 years. We have more than 60 people on our staff list, and we are constantly growing.

We are looking for a Product Manager (or a Product Designer keen to delve beyond just interfaces) armed with strong expertise in UX to elevate our team. This role will be instrumental in creating the ultimate customer experience for a complex and engaging e-commerce project in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a business segment as a Product Manager, taking full ownership of its performance.

• Develop and enhance user scenarios and features.

• Collaborate with the product team to generate and test hypotheses for user engagement and retention.

• Conduct extensive customer and competitor research, identify user problems and product growth opportunities .

• Validate solutions through user testing, quantitative studies, etc.

• Communicate extensively with the product and development teams, stakeholders, and other departments.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or product design with a focus on research and analytics.

• Ability to review potential solutions and identify bottlenecks from both business and design perspectives.

• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders with diverse viewpoints and skills to present and defend your decisions.

• Critical thinking skills: you will need to analyze requirements, conduct user studies, and actively participate in the research process.

• Skills in conducting qualitative and quantitative research; ability to demonstrate successful cases in finding, testing, and validating hypotheses.

• Understanding of the hierarchy and pyramid of metrics, from business goals to product-specific metrics; also understanding how to influence each metric.

• Independence and ability to offer new solutions, flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.

• Advanced English proficiency.
