Our team is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in this role to develop and implement a strategy for attracting new clients as part of business expansion.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and test strategies for reaching new clients

• Manage leads from first contact to contract signing (including participating in intro meetings, preparing proposals, and conducting negotiations)

• Build and develop the sales funnel, set up the CRM, perform analytics and reporting

• Manage the team: set tasks, monitor performance and KPIs, improve scripts and processes

• Work together with the team to ensure precise positioning and packaging of offers

• Analyze the market, identify new niches and ICPs

• Launch and monitor experiments to check new hypotheses, evaluate the effectiveness of channels and approaches

• Build a system that can scale as the company grows.

What is important for us:

Experience in B2B sales in the IT sector (outsourcing or service development) for at least 3 years

• Understanding of the full sales cycle

• Ability to build processes and manage a team

• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (mandatory)

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Initiative, analytical mindset, and result-oriented approach.
