QA Automation Team Lead

What you will do:

• Manage the team of 5 AQA engineers working in the following fields:
  - Functional UI automation (iOS, Android, web)
  - API testing
  - Load testing
  - Creating utilities

• Analyze the need for automated testing in our current and upcoming products

• Outline and assess automated testing tasks and resource requirements

• Enhance and maintain current automated testing functionalities

• Analyze the effectiveness and profitability of automated testing

• Guide product teams and the automation team in implementing and advancing automated testing

• Assist in resource management for the automation team

What you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 3+ AQA engineers

• At least 4 years of experience in the development of automated testing processes in one of the following fields: mobile automation, API tests, or utilities

• Expertise and understanding of load testing aspects

• Deep knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Swift, and frameworks and the ability to use them for testing

• Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP protocol, and principles of relational and non-relational databases

• Willingness to develop team management skills and mentor the team

• Exceptional analytical abilities, comprehension of cause and effect

• Stress tolerance, self-reliance, and decision-making skills

• Desire to grow,, awareness of evolving trends in automated testing

• Proactivity, willingness and desire to build a dream team

• Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication

• Ability to multitask

• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
