Our Support Department is expanding, and we’re opening a Customer Support Specialist position. Aspiring inexperienced candidates are welcome, as your hunger for knowledge and growth is enough to ensure a bright future in our company.
What you will do:

Respond to customer inquiries

Collect customer feedback

Gather and analyze user information

Provide regular feedback on common issues
What you should have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
-
Ability to work on night/weekend/holiday shifts
-
Patience and an eye for detail
-
Solid knowledge of mobile app market
-
Ability to delve into tech details when necessary
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Will be a plus:
-
Experience in relevant industries or call centers
-
Communication experience in American English
-
Knowledge of other languages
