Lead Summary Writer and Editor

As we're launching a new app focused on non-fiction books (covering such topics as personal growth, time management, psychology, finance, etc.), we’re looking for a Lead Summary Writer and Editor to join our team.

What you will do:

• Distribute tasks among in-house and freelance copywriters;

• Refine the style, structure, and overall quality of the summaries;

• Develop content categories;

• Select books for summarization;

• Make sure all deadlines are met;

• Control the integration of summaries into the app.

What you should have:

• A keen interest in non-fiction books across several genres, including productivity, self-help, psychology, etc.;

• Editorial experience;

• Portfolio of works that demonstrates exceptional English writing skills;

• Strong management skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to deliver feedback effectively.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with summaries;

• Background in similar apps (Blinkist, Headway, etc.).
