.NET/Full-stack Software Engineer

Project

We are building energy management software that helps thousands of enterprises collect, analyze, and reduce their energy bills as well as become more sustainable.

The software consists of several desktop applications and a web application.

Stack: ASP.NET WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core WebAPI, Windows Services, WCF, WinForms, MS SQL, Apache Cassandra.

Client: an energy management company.

Team: 6 Software Engineers, 1 Tech Lead, 2 QA Engineers, 1 Project Manager, 1 QA Lead, 1 Business Analyst, and 4 Data Analysts.

What a .NET Software Engineer will do:

• Develop new features for the system on frontend and backend,
• Support existing features,
• Perform other activities: fix defects, refactor code, and review code,
• Mentor employees of lower qualifications,
• Communicate with the client in tickets and weekly calls,
• Help to improve the project processes.

What we expect from a .NET Software Engineer:

• 1+ years of experience developing software using .NET (.NET Framework (4.5.2+), .NET Core (3.1), .NET Standard (1.2, 2.0)),
• Experience with relational databases, e.g., MS SQL Server,
• At least an Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with JavaScript,
• You have worked with Kendo or Highcharts,
• You have worked with NoSQL databases, e.g., Apache Cassandra.
