Positive View is honing its sales engine and seeks ambitious salespeople to tap into this opportunity. Are you our new key Sales Specialist that can make potential clients galvanized and queued up?

As a Sales Specialist you will be in charge of driving and executing full-cycle sales and business development activities. You will build a portfolio of new clients, focusing on long-term relationships that position us as a strategic partner. You will have the support of the Telemarketing, Presales, and Marketing Teams, an option to have two dedicated lead generators and support for on-site client visits and events.

This is a full sales-cycle role that includes the following activities:

  • Coordinate and lead lead generation activities with the Telemarketing team, your dedicated Lead generators and personally

  • Present the company’s model and services to potential clients

  • Explore clients’ requirements, develop and present proposals with assistance from technology teams and Presales Engineering

  • Close new business

  • Maintain established client relationships

  • Create and maintain proper customer information and sales records

  • Develop new business opportunities

  • Suggest, experiment with and implementing new approaches in business development and sales

You are a great candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development (B2B)

  • Excellent track record in closing new business

  • Experience selling to C-level executives

  • Experience with complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and big numbers

  • Experience with custom software development, awareness of technologies, project management methodologies, practices in Development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX etc.

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills

  • Strong self-organizing skills, focus on key tasks and results

  • Persistence, ambition, resourcefulness, integrity and natural curiosity

  • Fluent English

  • A knack for on-site business meetings

You are an ideal candidate if you have all of the above plus:

  • Big and responsive personal network of potential clients

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and business development (B2B)

It’s a big plus and you will have a separate place in our plans if you have:

  • Significant experience selling to clients in MENA, DACH, France, Italy or Australia/NZ

  • Active network in one of these regions

  • Fluency in Arabic, Italian, French or German etc.

  • Keen understanding of a particular industry vertical that helps you talk on par to clients in this industry

  • Keen understanding of a set of technologies and/or solutions
