Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join our team. We are introducing you as a skilled Android developer with at least 6 years of experience, with an exceptional understanding of the Android ecosystem, backed by a deep theoretical and practical knowledge of its inner workings. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong command of Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, Jetpack Compose, and is proficient in architectural patterns such as MVI, MVP, and MVICore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sophisticated Android applications using Kotlin, incorporating Kotlin Coroutines and RxJava for advanced asynchronous programming and data management.
• Utilize Jetpack Compose for cutting-edge UI development, ensuring applications are modern, intuitive, and engaging.
• - Champion architectural patterns like MVI, MVP, and MVICore, enhancing app scalability, maintainability, and testability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, build, test, and release features that meet our standards for innovation and quality.
• Master data management, using SQLite databases and the Room persistence library, and adhere to best practices for data caching and synchronization.
• Implement stringent security measures to protect user data, applying best practices in communication protocols and data storage.
• Innovate with custom UI components and animations, creating a distinctive user experience that sets our applications apart.
• Ensure applications are responsive and adaptive across various devices, optimizing for user satisfaction and engagement.
• Optimize app performance, focusing on efficient resource use and battery life enhancement.
• Skillfully manage background tasks, ensuring smooth app functionality without compromising user experience.
• Address compatibility issues across different Android versions and devices, expanding the app's reach and accessibility.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Android development to continuously enhance app quality and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development principles.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Android app development, with demonstrated expertise in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, and Jetpack Compose.
• Deep understanding of and experience with architectural patterns such as MVI, MVP, and MVICore, including a thorough understanding of why these patterns are effective and how to best implement them.
• Extensive knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and the broader Android ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate a wide range of APIs and third-party services.
• Expertise in Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices, including the ability to develop custom UI components and animations.
• Solid background in data management, threading, performance tuning, and application security.
• Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
