System Analyst

The IT сompany Andersen invites a System Analyst to work on a large-scale project for a Kazakhstan customer in the field of FinTech.

The customer is a modern online brokerage and wealth management company operating since 2004. It is part of one of Kazakhstan's largest financial groups. The customer is trusted by over 1 million clients in Kazakhstan and has been recognized as a market leader in stock investments, contributing significantly to investor attraction and retail segment development.

The project is to maintain the current mobile application and work on the internal accounting system for brokers.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and gathering requirements from various sources.
• Analyzing and documenting technical requirements from various stakeholders.
• Drawing up, reviewing, and systemizing project documentation in terms of process selection.
• Drawing up and maintaining documentation on business and software requirements.
• Analyzing risks and causes of errors during the development of systems.
• Investigating the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and integrations.
• Working with BPMN/UML, Jira/Confluence, Git, SQL, Grafana, ELK, Rancher, REST/SOAP, Scrum/Kanban.
• Designing APIs.
• Assisting the team during the development and testing phase, and analyzing bugs in a productive environment.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a System Analyst for 2+ years.
• Skills in process decomposition and technical specification writing.
• Knowledge of REST/gRPC protocols.
• Possession of process description notations (UML/BPMN) and their use in work.
• Understanding of UX/UI basics.
• Ability to write database queries.
• Familiarity with Kafka/MQ.
• Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Self-confidence and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
