As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and driven Partner Manager to join our team.
As a Partner Manager you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our partner network to enhance our company’s competitiveness and foster innovation. Your role will be pivotal in achieving our strategic goals of broadening market reach and increasing revenue streams through effective partnership strategies.

As part of your job, you will need to:

  • Develop a strategy for expanding the partner network, considering the company’s specific goals and objectives.
  • Create a profile of our partners based on their types.
  • Craft a compelling partner program proposal that clearly articulates the value proposition for partners, outlining why they should collaborate with us and highlighting the benefits and advantages, packaging the uniqueness of our solution for partners.
  • Identify and attract new partners in target markets.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations with partners.
  • Incentivize and cultivate partner needs.
  • Engage in daily activities to develop partners, providing training and assistance with product usage.
  • Develop various partner activities, co-marketing campaigns that will lead to increased deals through this sales channel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the necessary quantity and quality of leads (partners).

Our candidate has:

  • Successful work experience in building a partner channel.
  • Understanding distribution schemes and sales specifics in the IT sphere.
  • Proficiency in English (at least C1 level), additional knowledge of Español would be an additional bonus.
  • Experience in interacting and building a partner distribution channel for hardware and software in the CIS countries, experience working in LATAM will be an additional benefit.
  • Experience in active sales.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to work with CIO/CTO/CCO and the next two levels below.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, as well as highly developed planning and organisation skills.

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of key product directions (Cloud, infrastructure, physical security).
