Middle/Senior Business Analyst

Finstek is seeking for a talented Middle / Senior Business Analyst to join our Finstek Team.

In this role you will be responsible for requirements elicitation, clarification, analysis and management. You will constantly collaborate both with our business representatives to learn clients needs and technical teams to work out suitable and optimal solutions.

You will be able propose your ideas to make our product better and more attractive for users.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements elicitation, clarification, analysis, documentation and management.
• Supporting developers and QAs during implementation.
• Researching market and competitors, generating ideas for functional capabilities.
• Communication with stakeholders.
• Creating wireframes for user interfaces when needed.
• Converting requirements into user stories or other functional items to be developed.
• Helping QAs in testing of features and releases.

You will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• An ability to choose the most suitable and understandable way of requirements specification for a particular situation.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Experience in Trading or related domains will be a plus.
