Sourcer

Recruiting in Syberry is a career, not a step towards HR. Our team enjoys looking for the perfect candidate for the position: helpful and technically skilled. We are decision-makers equal to other stakeholders — we define if the candidate has the right cultural values to work at Syberry. If not, we do not hire them even if the open position is urgent.

Such recruiting approach takes time and effort, but when we do find the perfect candidate, it becomes worth it. We hire only helpful talented engineers to help create valuable software for our clients and support a friendly atmosphere in our teams.

We are looking for a Sourcer to join our team.

What a Sourcer will do:

• Execute the recruiting strategy designed by the Lead Recruiter; optimize the strategy,

• Process the incoming flow of job candidates’ requests from job boards and Syberry website,

• Process the existing database of job candidates,

• Build long-term relationships with job candidates,

• Help improve processes in the Recruiting service.

We expect that a Sourcer:

• Has 1+ year experience as a sourcer in an IT company (in-house),
• Has English at least at Upper-Intermediate level,
• Fluent in Russian,
• Has basic theoretical knowledge of IT: programming languages, software development process and team roles,
• Interested in recruitment and wants to grow in this field.

Will be a plus:

• You speak Polish.
