IT Recruiter

Here in PST Labs we create our own products and service solutions in fintech, blockchain domains and more. Now we are looking for a responsible and efficient recruiter to join our friendly team.

You will be involved into:

• Search for suitable candidates using a variety of search sources to fill the vacancies from Junior to Lead level;

• Work with the existing candidate base, expand and keep it up to date;

• Organization of pre-screens, interviews with candidates, processing feedbacks;

• Accompany candidates throughout the all hiring process, ensuring a positive experience with the company;

• Participation in other HR processes.

You will need to succeed:

• At least 1 year of working experience with the listed functionality in an IT company or a recruitment agency;

• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above (both written and spoken);

• Ability to easily establish and maintain contact with people;

• Knowledge of various search sources, types of interviews;

• Ability to write and speak competently, as well as the ability to present a company and a vacancy;

• Experience in Fintech and/or Blockchain domain will be a plus.
