WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Higher education
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer or Territory Management in a blue chip FMCG/retail
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and challenge the status quo with a "can do!" attitude. Self-reliant, decisive, and resilient and able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment.
  • Commercially and financially astute with a deep understanding of the retail environment/marketplace and proven business judgement
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • People Management experience
  • Account management experience would be a plus
  • Russian – Full professional proficiency, English – Intermediate.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Distributor Management: implements aligned RtM strategy on the market, ensures Sell-In/Sell-Out plans delivery according to market objectives, monitors, and controls distributors performance according IDVP KPIs, constantly optimizes cost-to-serve on the market while protecting sales volumes, develops distributors capabilities to drive efficiency and excellence in execution.
  • Territory Management: sells programs and promotions, securing and maintaining authorized distribution of company products across all channels within allocated area of responsibility, controls selling/merchandising company programs and Perfect Store ambitions, and analyzes entire business operations of allocated territory accounts, makes recommendations as to effectiveness of promotions & programs at both retail and wholesale level, controls activities to ensure meeting distribution objectives and that sales costs are maintained within operational budget, accountable for FOS development processes.
  • Customer Management: establishes and maintains business relationships with non-KA customers and it’s key sales leaders to ensure high customer service level and implementation of mutually beneficial business solutions, participates in contract negotiations and business reviews with non-KA customers, provide recommendations and lead initiatives on distributors’ development to support customer focus and high-quality services of our RTM partners, ensures promo activities for their maximum effectiveness, builds effective cross-functional interactions with One Demand and other functions involved in territory business development.
  • People Management: recruits, retains and develops a high performance capable and engaged field sales team with strengthening a talent pipeline and culture that highlights the benefits of personal development, motivates and inspires team associates to deliver both team and the wider Belarus sales agenda.
