We are looking for a Business Analyst!

What a Business Analyst will do:

• Collaborate with the client to define their objectives,
• Ensure alignment of daily engineers’ work with the project’s goals,
• Efficiently manage requirements: elicit and verify them as well as support implementation and deployment.

What we expect from a Business Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis in software engineering. Demonstrated experience as the primary Business Analyst on multiple commercial projects of mid+ size, showcasing the ability to drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in working with varying levels of uncertainty and transforming complex inputs into structured artifacts that enable the engineering team to address clients’ business objectives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills. The capability of conducting voice calls with native English speakers on the client side to elicit requirements, brainstorm ideas, and demonstrate produced artifacts. Ability to resolve conflicts through productive and constructive communication, ensuring project alignment.
• Experience in applying notations such as UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams for documenting requirements.
• Experience in producing all major types of artifacts: vision and scope documents, SRS, mockups, UI prototypes, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• Deep expertise in at least one domain.
