Junior+ QA Engineer

Major Responsibilities:

• Creating test artifacts and documentation, such as checklists, test cases, bug reports, test plans etc.

• Writing automation tests (to prepare scripts with appropriate data for testing)

• Data validation, data integrity and User Story testing

• Communication with the team, in particular close communication with business analysts, and customer representatives

• Knowledge of software development life cycle

• Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

• Ability to describe test logic in test cases clearly and comprehensively

• Good command of SQL at least at the average level

• Experience with MS Excel and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar)

• Skills of working with Gherkin (or desire to learn it)

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of BI/ETL

• Skills of working with Postman and GIT

• Knowledge of automation tests at least at the entry level
