Требования
- 1-3 years of experience in the equity administration industry
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all employees, payroll and equity information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with different departments in connection with equity administration
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data manipulation
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
- Experience in ESPP administration
Обязанности
- Administrate day-to-day of the ESPP program in 25+ countries
- Implementation and roll-out of the ESPP in new countries
- Provide support to other team members with transnational workflows for Equity Plans, including new grants, exercises and releases
- Manage all aspects of processing and reporting related to equity
- Cultivate relationships with relevant external vendors and maintain their service level
- Deliver outstanding customer service to departments, employees and board members
- Document internal and external procedures
- Develop equity program learning materials for employees and participate in employee training sessions
- Project manage initiatives
