The Pre-sales Manager role is an entry level job for candidates looking to grow a career. Your daily duties revolve mostly around contacting our English speaking clients (mostly North America and Europe). All the training required for this position is provided on the company’s behalf.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualification of incoming leads and prospect identification using the internal database;

  • Contact the company’s clients using chat, email and occasionally phone calls (these are all inbound leads);

  • Filling and updating data in a CRM system (follow-up on status);

  • Drive clients towards booking a meeting, schedule meetings;
  • Respond to clients’ questions and provide them with initial information about our services;
  • Document your work and keep track of tasks;
  • Work in collaboration and as a part of the sales team.

Required Skills:

  • Able to freely express thoughts and ideas in written English;
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach;
  • Interpersonal communication skills;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Deep analytical skills;
  • Experience in working in lead generation and sales preferably for the US/Canada region - major advantage.
