What is important:
- Strong written and spoken English (from B2)
- Desire to actively learn and absorb new information
- Willingness to self-study
- Willingness to make calls and communicate with leads in English
- Willingness/ability to deal with objections
- Flexibility and focus on results
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, including technical information necessary for work
- Excellent communication skills
- In case of successful completion of internship willingness to work in different shifts (the majority of clients from the USA).
- Location - Minsk (offline training)
- Experience of working in areas that require communication with people
- Understanding of the principle of working on Upwork platform
- Understanding of the IT industry, and the role of a lead generator
- Strong logic and analytical skills
- Free training (~2 months)
- Experienced and practicing teachers who will accompany and guide the learning process and further work
