Marketing manager

RichAds is a global advertising network for performance marketers. Starting five years ago as RichPush, we have become one of the leading traffic sources in the affiliate marketing niche.

We are currently seeking Marketing Manager to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to achieve KPI: leads and profitManage the marketing budget between channels;
• Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly digital marketing reports;
• Good understanding of all digital channels: ppc (!), email, smm, content etc;
• Competitors and new trends research;
• Close work with the marketing team, set task, keep an eye on timeline, check results;
• Prepare TT for development team;
• Brainstorming new marketing initiatives to achieve an increase in the number of leads;

• Love of analytics and reporting is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing, min 2 years in worldwide markets;
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity;
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools GA, YM, BI etc;
• English B2;
• Full time only.
