Major Responsibilities:

Search for relevant jobs on UpWork according to the Ideal Customer Profile

Apply for relevant UpWork jobs

Write cover letters

Pass generated leads to Sales managers

Input all customer information into the CRM (HubSpot) and update it as new information becomes available

Prepare reports on your activities & results, analyze data, and propose options for improvement.

Fluency in English (B2)

Upwork Proficiency

1 year of experience in a SDR/BDR/LeadGen role

Stellar verbal and written communication skills
