Duck.Design (a part of Ninjapromo.io) is a creative agency that crafts beautiful, unique, and exciting designs to help brands express themselves. Creativity leads everything we do. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with products in Fintech, Blockchain, Healthcare, etc.

We are looking for a sociable SDR (Sales Development Representative). Your main goal will be written and verbal communication with potential clients. We will provide you with the tools and detailed instructions on the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Extraction of suitable leads from Sales Navigator with agreed criteria;

  • Initial contact and further multichannel communication on social networks / messengers / email;

  • Personal approach to every potential customer;

  • Involvement in meetings with leads and team;

  • Keep data up-to-date in a CRM;

  • Accessing information from the designers' team.

Required Skills:

  • English in written & verbal forms (B2 and higher);
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Deep analytical skills;
  • Interpersonal communication skills.

Desirable skills:

  • Successful experience in lead generation and sales will be a plus;

  • Experience in working with sales instruments and tools: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google search, Google Suite (mail, drive, docs, sheets, calendar, etc.), Apollo.io, HubSpot, Crunchbase, Angel.co, etc.
