3D Motion Design Tech Lead

HYPERVSN is considering adding a 3D Motion Design Tech Lead position at our Minsk office soon.

What You'll Do:

• Guide the creative team during the production process and overview work-in-progress and final files.
• Collaborate closely with motion designers to develop concepts and experiment with new techniques.
• Create 3D content for trade shows and high-profile brands.

Requirements:

• Willingness to collaborate with the team and set the standard for excellence.
• Proven experience working in Cinema 4D (3D modeling, animation).
• Solid knowledge of Redshift/Octane for rendering (materials, lighting).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Encoder).
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of immersive technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Good command of English.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead.
