Now, Genesis is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the US market who can drive our sales, acquire new clients, and build long-term partnerships.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the US (B2B).

  • Conduct presentations and demos of our services (web development, design, Martech integrations).

  • Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close deals.

  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients.

  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the team (developers, designers, marketers) to prepare solutions tailored to client needs.

What we expect:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS or tech solutions.

  • Strong outbound sales skills and ability to generate leads.

  • Fluent English (C1+) – confident in pitching and negotiating.

  • Experience working with the U.S. market and adjusting to its business culture.

  • Willingness to work in a U.S.-aligned time zone for effective client interactions.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot).
