Service Manager for HYPERVSN Equipment Repair and After-Sales Service

HYPERVSN is considering adding a Service Manager for HYPERVSN Equipment Repair and After-Sales Service position at our Minsk office soon.

Responsibilities.

Client Relations:

• Interacting with clients regarding warranty and non-warranty service issues.
• Issuing invoices to clients and preparing accompanying documentation.

Organization and Control of On-Site Service Personnel:

• Supervising the work of service engineers (2 people) on-site, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks, setting tasks, and monitoring their execution.
• Overseeing the preparation of equipment for events.
• Supervising the inspection of equipment returned from events.
• Overseeing the pre-assembly of HYPERVSN accessories.

Inventory Management and Related Tasks:

• Ordering spare parts.
• Keeping track of spare parts used for repairs and monitoring their write-off.

Requirements:

• Experience in service and repair of equipment.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and monitor task completion.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HYPERVSN equipment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication with clients and partners.
