Technical Excellence Specialist

HYPERVSN is considering adding a Technical Excellence Specialist position at our Minsk office soon.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Execution & Product Integration

• Lead the technical implementation of customer projects, ensuring successful integration of HYPERVSN solutions into custom setups.
• Ensure all deployments follow best practices for installation, configuration, and operation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.

Installation, Training & On-Site Support

• Oversee installation services, including cost estimation, resource planning, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Travel to client and partner sites to provide hands-on system setup and training.
• Attend key client events to set up and optimize HYPERVSN solutions, ensuring flawless execution.

Partner & Internal Enablement

• Lead partner onboarding by delivering technical guidance, training sessions, and ongoing support.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and external stakeholders, improving technical proficiency.
• Create engaging video tutorials, technical guides, and visual materials to enhance user experience and reduce technical complexity.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Act as a bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements.
• Provide the sales team with accurate technical insights, ensuring clients fully understand HYPERVSN’s capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, driving improvements that benefit both internal teams and customer experiences.

Industry Representation & Thought Leadership

• Represent HYPERVSN at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, showcasing our cutting-edge technology.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or AV systems integration.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into structured product and development requirements.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration, system setup, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple client implementations.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
• Ability to create technical documentation and training materials.
• Willingness to travel for client site visits, installations, and training sessions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) at a level no lower than C1.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AV technology or interactive installations.
• Knowledge of networking, system architecture, and hardware-software interactions.
• Strong engineering mindset with problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
• Basic understanding of physics, particularly in optics, motion, and electrical systems.
• Experience in project management, including resource planning and risk assessment.
