Presale Manager

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 35 years and continue growing. Now we are looking for Presale Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a colossal amount of estimations of entirely various and unique projects;
• Work closely and extensively with different estimation teams in a host of business domains and on a plethora of technologies;
• Control the creation of pre-project documentation and participate in its creation yourself;
• Always work against time, but successfully meet deadlines without significant loss of quality;
• Implement new processes and directly participate in their creation;
• Participate in training of specialists included in estimation teams;
• Communicate a lot with different people (both inside the company and outside);
• Participate in negotiations with clients;
• Work hard and a lot to cover the abovementioned tasks.

Requirements:

• Project management experience: 5+ years;
• RFP related experience: 3+ years;
• Experience in Healthcare projects or background in Healthcare or education in HC. Medical doctor degree is a colossal plus;
• Experience in FS projects or background in Finance, Banking or Insurance;
• Strong presentation skills and strong communication skills;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills;
• English C1;
• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
