Hi, we are looking for a results-driven, full-cycle Sales Manager to build and grow our presence on Upwork from zero to hero. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Set up, maintain, and optimize the company’s Upwork profile and portfolio.

- Stay up to date with recent updates on Upwork and complementary tools used by DYNEVO for Upwork lead generation.

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate leads.

- Write messages according to Upwork's rules and create/manage A/B tests.

- Provide prompt responses to potential clients (within 5-10 minutes max).

- Be available to jump on a call with clients at any time.

- Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and craft compelling proposals.

- Provide bi-weekly/monthly reports on strategy performance and budget spent per account.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales in the outsourcing domain on Upwork (1+ years).

- Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding and sales processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).

- Ability to write persuasive and tailored messages and proposals.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- High level of creativity.

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new requirements.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
