Customer Support Specialist

Gambino Slots gaming project is on the lookout for Customer support heroes who are ready to solve players' pain points, offer workarounds and make everyone feel heard and happy. Special attention to high-potential players.

Responsibilities:

• Craft speedy and professional responses to players' requests;

• Alert your teammates about any outages in the game;

• Feedback on any tendencies, feature requests, etc etc.;

• Keep your knowledgebase up-to-date.

• [2nd phase] Provide account management services to high potential players, including 1x1 comms, monitoring and taking action when needed, extending exclusive offers and campaigns.

You are a good fit if you

Have:

1. Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;

2. High level of empathy;

3. Desire to work with databases and logs.

Are:

1. Stress-resistant, self-disciplined and superpatient;
2. Team player;
3. Customer support fan;
4. Ready to work night shifts.

A plus:

• Second language skills;
• Customer service experience;
• Love of online games.

Our working cycle:

• two days from 10.00 till 22.00;
• two days off;
• two days from 22.00 till 10.00;
• two days off;
