We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer proficient in Kotlin to join our engineering team. You will be working with modern web frameworks and technologies to develop robust, scalable backend services that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Kotlin and modern web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Micronaut).

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure REST APIs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices and coding standards.

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

• Manage and maintain relational databases (RDBMS), ensuring data integrity, reliability, and performance.

• Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale backend infrastructure (experience with GCP is a plus).

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Kotlin backend development, with hands-on experience building scalable and high-performance applications.

• Strong experience with modern web frameworks such as Spring or Micronaut.

• Deep knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and strong SQL skills.

• Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based development and deployment.

• Solid understanding of system design principles and API development.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Python for scripting and AWS Lambda development.

• Experience with Kotlin coroutines for asynchronous programming.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar.
