Who You Are:

Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising? Are you ready to work closely and learn from a seasoned team of paid search & paid social professionals? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Summer 2025 DELVE Deeper Internship Program in Minsk, Belarus!

As a DELVE Deeper Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of Paid Search & Paid Social marketing. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (June through August) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. You will work alongside our paid search & paid social team to execute and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE Deeper team!

What we're looking for:

• Recent college graduate
• Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly paid search and paid social advertising
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely driven, curious, and motivated personality
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines
• Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms (Google Ads)
• Ability to perform in depth research and analysis

What you’ll need:

• Completion of four years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, business or a related field
• Basic understanding of Excel/Word, Google Sheets/Docs, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of marketing and digital marketing.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Strong passion for digital marketing.

• Compensation: $585 (gross) per month
• 3 months mandate contract

• Hybrid Working Model: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays
