Currently, Genesis is looking for a Web Analyst to set up and manage tracking, analyze user behavior, deliver actionable insights, and assist with CRO, reporting automation, and performance measurement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining tracking via GTM, GA4, and server-side tagging.

  • Designing and implementing custom event tracking based on business goals.

  • Collecting, aggregating, and structuring marketing data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Meta Business Suite, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.

  • Configuring and analyzing data within marketing platforms.

  • Visualizing aggregated and structured data using data visualization tools.

  • Creating and maintaining dashboards for internal teams and clients.

  • Conducting funnel and drop-off analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks.

  • Conducting A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses.

  • Analyzing acquisition channels, comparing their performance, and assessing cost-effectiveness.

  • Analyzing audience segments and behavioral patterns to support UX and marketing improvements.

  • Configuring and managing cookies, user consent, and privacy mechanisms (including Google Consent Mode).

  • Performing periodic audits of analytics setups and recommending improvements.

  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

  • Documenting analytics configurations, methodologies, and assumptions for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in GA4 and related Google services (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360, Google Ads, Consent mode, Meta Business Suite) and the ability to set up website reporting and assess effectiveness.

  • Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking

  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools (VWO, Unbounce, CrazyEgg).

  • Experience in setting up cross-channel analytics using tools like Google BigQuery, Power BI, Google Data Studio.

  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).

  • Knowledge of marketing platforms and experience with configuring analytics within them (Mixpanel, Marketo, Unbounce, Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua).

  • Knowledge and experience in configuring Cookies & Data privacy through source code & GTM.

  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, Osano, cookiebot, etc.

  • Working knowledge of SEO metrics and web performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights, Semrush).

  • Experience in analyzing audience and behavioral factors.

  • Experience in analyzing acquisition channels, comparing them with each other, and evaluating their effectiveness.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1-C2).
