About the Role: We're seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Minsk on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead infrastructure initiatives, optimize cloud environments, and collaborate with an international team. If you have a strong DevOps background and leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance website infrastructure hosted on AWS. Lead security configurations and ensure compliance with best practices. Management of CI/CD processes, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues. The client's team starts work at 2 pm GST (7 am in Minsk), so it's preferable to be available by 8-9 am. Availability for an ASAP start. Technical Requirements: 8+ years as System Admin / DevOps Engineer (team leadership is a plus). Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Bitbucket for version control and team collaboration. Proficiency in cloud security best practices and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools. English level B2 or higher (multicultural team, Japanese client).
