Who we are looking for:

We’re after someone who checks most of these boxes (don’t sweat it if you’re not 100% - we love potential):

• 2+ years of experience in product (or service) development/promotion in decision-making roles OR entrepreneurship experience with 10k$+ earnings OR UX-designer experience on large-scale projects with lots of user analysis OR Business Analysis position with lots of communication with users
• You’re relentless, creative, and user-obsessed - ready to break barriers and optimize like a pro. If it takes 1000 calls, you’ll make them, but you’ll think 5000 times first on how to make it smarter.
• You have deep curiosity and empathy. You listen carefully to understand people’s pains and needs and then creatively solve their problems.
• Your professional fire only grows stronger as you develop your career.
• Product basics on lock - think custdev, unit economy, analytics, metrics, priorities, agile, CJM, JTBD, RICE, etc., and a curious, problem-solving brain
• Open-minded, team-loving, and ready to vibe with our excellence-driven culture
