QA engineer

Now we are looking for QA Engineers.

You will be responsible for test design, planning, and execution of complex banking solutions. Working as part of a global cross-functional team, you will ensure end-to-end quality of web-based platforms and backend systems in a dynamic and regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a global team to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable banking systems;
• Define test strategy, estimate testing effort, and plan QA activities;
• Design and execute detailed functional, integration, backend, and regression tests;
• Validate complex business logic in core banking modules (e.g., transactions, user management, reporting);
• Perform UI and cross-browser testing for internal and customer-facing portals;
• Perform backend testing (e.g., database validation, API testing, server-side logic);
• Participate in root cause analysis of bugs and support continuous quality improvement;
• Prepare QA documentation: test cases, bug reports, test summaries, release notes;
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

• 3+ years of QA experience with web or backend applications;
• Mobile testing will be a plus;
• Experience in finance, fintech, or regulated domains;
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to translate them into test scenarios;
• Experience with backend/API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP);
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams;
• Attention to detail and structured approach to quality assurance;
• Spoken and written English – Intermediate or higher.

• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks is a plus;
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and test reporting tools;
• UAT experience and release coordination.
